A detached holiday villa in Scherpenisse with a spacious garden, sunny terrace and a stylish interior. Villa De Zilverreiger at Villapark Wulpdal offers a warm, well-considered atmosphere for six persons, a short distance from the Oosterschelde. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and create an inviting sense of space, with views straight out onto the greenery of the garden from inside. 

Layout

The villa offers three bedrooms for six persons, spread across two floors. The master bedroom on the ground floor has its own ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. A second bathroom with shower is also located on the upper floor, and both floors have a separate toilet. The bright living room features two sofas, an armchair and a television. The large dining table seats six persons and looks out onto the terrace and garden through the sliding doors. The fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, combi-oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle and a fully automatic coffee machine. Outside, a spacious terrace with dining table and a green garden await. Parking is available directly next to the villa, and a washing machine and dryer are included. 

Surroundings

 Villapark Wulpdal is located in Scherpenisse on the Tholen peninsula, on the edge of the Oosterschelde. From the villa, you're quickly on the water for sailing, SUP boarding or diving in the Oosterschelde National Park. Cycle through the Zeeland polders, taste fresh oysters in nearby Yerseke or explore the historic town centres of Goes and Bergen op Zoom. Peace, nature and experience, Zeeland has it all, and Scherpenisse is right at the heart of it.
