Ready to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life? Villa De Schollevaer is a charming, detached holiday villa for six people, set in a beautiful and peaceful location. Inside, there is plenty of space to enjoy time together, while the private Finnish sauna is an extra touch that makes it easy to relax after a day exploring Zeeland.

From the living room, you have direct access to the garden and terrace. On sunny days, this is the perfect place to enjoy a meal outdoors, have a cup of coffee or simply take in the peace and quiet around you. Your four-legged friend is welcome too, so the whole family can enjoy the holiday together.

Layout

Villa De Schollevaer accommodates six people and has three bedrooms spread over two floors.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed. The second bathroom with shower is also located on the first floor. There is a separate toilet on both floors.

The Finnish sauna is located on the first floor and is a wonderful extra during your stay. After a long bike ride through Zeeland, an active day on the water or simply whenever you need a quiet moment, you can relax in your own private sauna.

The open-plan living room is a comfortable place to spend time together. It features two comfortable sofas and a TV, while the dining table seats six people. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, combination oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine. Everything you need for a relaxed breakfast, cooking together or enjoying a long dinner is close at hand.

Villa De Schollevaer also offers plenty of outdoor space. The villa has a spacious garden and a terrace with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy sitting outside on beautiful days. Parking is available next to the villa.

Surroundings

Villa De Schollevaer is located at Villapark Wulpdal in Scherpenisse, on the Tholen peninsula and on the shores of the Oosterschelde. From here, you can discover Zeeland at your own pace, with the water, nature and characteristic Zeeland landscapes all within easy reach.

Water lovers can go sailing, enjoy a SUP adventure or go diving in the Oosterschelde National Park. If you prefer to stay on dry land, hop on a bike and explore the Zeeland polders, dikes and villages. Yerseke is also nearby, well known for its oysters and mussels.

For a day out, head towards Goes or Bergen op Zoom, where you can go shopping, enjoy a drink on a terrace or explore the historic city centre. But of course, you do not have to go out every day. Sometimes it is simply wonderful to stay at the villa, sit outside and enjoy a peaceful day before ending the evening with a relaxing moment in the Finnish sauna.
