Layout

Villa De Parelduiker accommodates six people and features three bedrooms spread across two floors.

On the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed. The second bathroom is also located on this floor, along with a separate toilet.

The spacious living room is the heart of the villa. Its warm interior, two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a large round coffee table make it a lovely place to spend time together. You can also listen to your favourite music on the sound system. The dining table seats six, making it ideal for a leisurely breakfast, a cosy dinner or a board game at the end of the day.

The kitchen adjoins the living room and is fully equipped with an induction hob, combi oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and Nespresso coffee capsule machine. Everything you need to prepare your own meals and enjoy dining together during your holiday is at hand. The youngest guests are also well catered for, with two high chairs available.

Through the sliding doors, you can step straight from the living room onto the terrace. The green garden and sunny terrace offer plenty of space to relax outdoors. There is a dining table, parasol and sun loungers. In the garden shed, you will find a gas barbecue, as well as extra space for bicycles and other outdoor equipment.

Practical amenities have also been taken into account. The villa has a private driveway with space for two cars, a washer-dryer and an electric vehicle charging point. Charges apply for using the charging point and are billed through EcoTap.

Surroundings

Villa De Parelduiker is located at Vakantiepark Wulpdal in Scherpenisse, on the Tholen peninsula and close to the Oosterschelde. You can walk from the villa to the water in less than five minutes. This makes it an excellent base for anyone who enjoys exploring Zeeland on foot, by bike or from the water.

Take a walk along the Oosterschelde, visit a nearby beach or head out onto the water on a SUP board. Sailing and diving are also possible in Oosterschelde National Park. With so many ways to explore, you can experience the surrounding area at your own pace, with nature always close by.

There is plenty to discover by bike, too. Follow the dykes, cycle through the Zeeland polders and visit the surrounding villages. In nearby Yerseke, you can discover Zeeland's rich tradition of oysters and mussels. For an afternoon of shopping, a relaxing drink on a terrace or a cultural outing, Goes and Bergen op Zoom are both great destinations.

If the weather is less favourable, you can visit a nearby town or museum, enjoy a refreshing walk along the water and then return to the comfortable atmosphere of your villa.
