From the villa, you can walk to the Oosterschelde in less than five minutes. As soon as you step inside, you immediately feel the atmosphere of the villa. The interior has been carefully put together and combines a warm, stylish look with subtle maritime details. Comfortable furniture, soft tones and a cosy interior create a welcoming place to return to after a day outdoors.

The villa combines this warm atmosphere with plenty of space to enjoy time together. The spacious, green garden and sunny terrace invite you to have breakfast outside, enjoy a meal together or sit outside a little longer after a day out. It gives you that true holiday feeling, while everything you need is close by.

Layout

Villa De Parelduiker accommodates six guests and has three bedrooms spread over two floors.

On the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed. The second bathroom and a separate toilet are also located on this floor. With space for six guests, there is plenty of room for everyone and no need to wait your turn in the morning.

The spacious living room is the heart of the villa. The cosy interior, comfortable sofas and warm atmosphere make it a lovely place to spend time together. There are two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a large round coffee table. The dining table seats six, making it perfect for a leisurely breakfast, a cosy dinner or a board game after a day outdoors.

The kitchen connects beautifully with the living room and is fully equipped with an induction hob, combination oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal during your stay.

From the living room, you can step straight outside through the sliding doors. The spacious garden and sunny terrace give you plenty of freedom to enjoy the outdoors. There is a dining table, parasol and sun loungers. The shed contains a gas barbecue and offers additional space for bicycles and other outdoor equipment.

Practical details have also been taken care of. The villa has its own driveway with space for two cars, a washer-dryer and an EV charging station. Use of the charging station is subject to a fee (EcoTap).

Surroundings

The location of Villa De Parelduiker makes it easy to enjoy something different every day. The Oosterschelde is less than a five-minute walk away, so you can head straight to the water from the villa. Take a walk along the coast, discover the small beach nearby or get out on the water by SUP, sailing or diving in Oosterschelde National Park.

There is also plenty to discover by bike. Cycle through the Zeeland polders, along the dykes and through the surrounding villages. In Yerseke, you can experience the authentic Zeeland atmosphere and, of course, taste the famous Zeeland oysters. Prefer a day of culture or shopping? Goes and Bergen op Zoom are both great destinations to explore.

And even when the weather is less than perfect, there is still plenty to do. Visit a museum or explore one of the nearby towns, take a refreshing walk along the water and then return to the peace and comfort of the villa.
