Villa De Lepelaar at Villapark Wulpdal is a detached holiday villa for six persons, with a fresh and light interior and a covered terrace you can step straight out onto. Villapark Wulpdal is situated a short distance from the Oosterschelde, combining all the space of your own home with the ease of a fully serviced holiday accommodation.

Layout of the villa

The spacious living room with sage green accent wall, two sofas and an armchair flows seamlessly into the fully equipped open kitchen, with tall fitted cabinets, induction hob, combi-oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle and Nespresso machine. The large dining table for six persons is positioned centrally between the kitchen and the terrace doors; from your seat you look directly out onto the covered terrace and the green garden beyond. The villa offers three bedrooms for six persons, spread across two floors. The master bedroom on the ground floor has its own ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor there is a second bathroom, and both floors have a separate toilet. Outside, the covered terrace with wooden canopy and dining table is ideal for Zeeland's ever-changing weather. A shed provides additional storage. Parking is available directly next to the villa, and a washing machine and dryer are included.

Surroundings

Villapark Wulpdal is located in Scherpenisse on the Tholen peninsula, on the edge of the Oosterschelde. From the villa, you're quickly on the water for sailing, SUP boarding or diving in the Oosterschelde National Park. Cycle through the Zeeland polders, taste fresh oysters in nearby Yerseke or explore the historic town centres of Goes and Bergen op Zoom.
