Spacious living and cooking together

The spacious living room is the heart of the apartment. There is plenty of room to enjoy breakfast together, sit down for a leisurely meal or unwind on the sofa after a day exploring Zeeland.

The open-plan kitchen connects to the living room and is fully equipped for preparing your own meals. You will find an induction hob, dishwasher, combi oven, fridge with freezer compartment and kettle. All the kitchen essentials you need are also provided. Coffee lovers can enjoy freshly brewed coffee from the fully automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine while taking in the views across the Oosterschelde.

Appartement De Wulk comfortably accommodates six people and features three sleeping areas. Two bedrooms are located on the main living floor, each furnished with a double bed. The third sleeping area is situated on the charming mezzanine level and also features a double bed.

The spacious bathroom has a shower. There is also a separate toilet, which is particularly convenient when staying with a group of six.

One of De Wulk's greatest features is its spacious terrace with uninterrupted views across the Oosterschelde. Settle into the lounge seating, enjoy a drink or gather around the table for a lovely meal outdoors.

The electric barbecue also makes it easy to cook and dine outside on a beautiful evening. During the appropriate season, you can collect oysters yourself at permitted locations along the Oosterschelde. Be sure to follow the applicable rules and regulations. Back at the apartment, you can prepare the oysters on the electric barbecue and enjoy them outdoors while looking out over the water they came from.

This way, you can discover Zeeland not only by exploring the surrounding area, but also by sampling its local flavours.

Brasserie De Zeester

Brasserie De Zeester is located on the ground floor of Residentie De Zeester. You can stop by for a coffee, a drink, lunch or dinner while enjoying views across the Oosterschelde.

There is no need to take the car to enjoy a pleasant meal. Simply head downstairs from your apartment and take a seat.

Please note: Brasserie De Zeester is closed on Mondays.

Residentie De Zeester is situated directly on the Oosterschelde. From Appartement De Wulk and its terrace, you can enjoy uninterrupted views across the water. The location is particularly appealing to diving enthusiasts, with a well-known diving spot on the Oosterschelde less than 500 metres away.

There is also plenty to enjoy without heading out onto the water. Take a walk along the shore, cycle through the Zeeland polders or explore the surrounding villages and towns. During oyster season, you can also collect oysters yourself at permitted locations.

Discover Zeeland from Scherpenisse

Scherpenisse is situated on the island of Tholen and makes an excellent base for exploring Zeeland. Cycle along the dykes, walk through the De Pluimpot nature reserve or visit Yerseke, famous for Zeeland's oysters and mussels.
